Your
TASKS
- Developing and implementing an innovative social media communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals
- Independently managing, overseeing, and ensuring the quality of all social media activities (including
- Instagram and LinkedIn), including content creation
- Managing and refining an independently maintained editorial calendar
- Cross-channel content distribution and management of digital formats, particularly newsletters
- Planning and implementation of communication measures to strengthen the agency and employer brand
- Establishing and expanding our presence in industry-specific media, forums, and blogs—including internationally
- Planning and execution of events (including webinars, interviews, and employer branding initiatives)
- Briefing and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Analysis of KPIs and user data for continuous optimization
- Ensuring quality, consistency, and brand compliance
What YOU bring
to the table
- At least 3 years of experience in communications, media relations, or content management with increasing autonomy
- Knowledge of managing digital communication channels and formats, particularly social media
- Initial experience with data-driven performance measurement
- Conceptual thinking and a knack for target-audience-oriented communication
- Structured, independent work style
- Very good German and good English skills
