(Senior) Communications Manager*

Your
TASKS

  • Developing and implementing an innovative social media communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals
  • Independently managing, overseeing, and ensuring the quality of all social media activities (including 
  • Instagram and LinkedIn), including content creation
  • Managing and refining an independently maintained editorial calendar
  • Cross-channel content distribution and management of digital formats, particularly newsletters
  • Planning and implementation of communication measures to strengthen the agency and employer brand
  • Establishing and expanding our presence in industry-specific media, forums, and blogs—including internationally
  • Planning and execution of events (including webinars, interviews, and employer branding initiatives)
  • Briefing and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
  • Analysis of KPIs and user data for continuous optimization
  • Ensuring quality, consistency, and brand compliance

What YOU bring
to the table

  • At least 3 years of experience in communications, media relations, or content management with increasing autonomy
  • Knowledge of managing digital communication channels and formats, particularly social media
  • Initial experience with data-driven performance measurement
  • Conceptual thinking and a knack for target-audience-oriented communication
  • Structured, independent work style
  • Very good German and good English skills
